Warranty & Returns


Itasca Footwear is an official website for Itasca brand boots and shoes.


Close Out and On Sale items are available in limited sizes and quantities. If your size doesn't appear in the size avaiable box, then it's not available. Although new items are added all the time, if you see something you like, grab it, because it will be gone before you know it.


For products purchased through Itascafootwear.com, Itasca Footwear warrants Itasca brand products against any manufacturing defect, relating to material or workmanship. This covers any defect that occurs when the products were used in accordance with its design.

Itasca Footwear warrants products purchased through Itasca Footwear only. Products purchased from a store or other website must be returned through their channel and according to their return policies.

Any product returned under the warranty policy must be returned with a Return Authorization form and demonstrating proof of purchase. If it is determined that the product was defective a replacement product will be issued or a credit can be issued if the same style is no longer available.


Itasca Return Policy for new, unworn products is 30 days, except for products purchased between November 1 and December 31. Products purchased during this period can be returned up to January 31.

Products can be returned by obtaining a return authorization and return shipping label. Products returned for refund will incur return freight charges which will be deducted from the refund.

If the boots were purchased through ItascaOutlet.com, please contact Returns@Itascafootwear.com to obtain authorization and a shipping label.

Products should be returned in the original packaging.
